Free shipping on every order — no minimum required.
Dispatch: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 business days (24–48h). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery: Express delivery across Europe, typically 3–5 business days, tracked from our studio to your door.
Shipping area: We currently ship across the European Union. For orders outside Europe, please reach out via our contact page and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Packaging: Each companion arrives in premium, eco-friendly packaging — designed to feel like unwrapping a gift, not a delivery.
Delays: During launch periods or promotions, dispatch may take slightly longer. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
